Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping quotes online or over the phone. Shipping rates vary daily and may not reflect the quote provided once you choose to ship your package at our store.
If you are shipping a package internationally, please bring the package you would like to ship. Please note that whether you are shipping for personal or business, a receipt of purchase will be required for packages with merchandise. We will also need to know what country the item was made.

To calculate volumetric weight of package, take a measuring tape and measure the height, width and length of box. Than Use the below given formulas to calculate volumetric weight in kilograms and lbs accordingly.

  • Weight in Pounds(lbs) = (height x width x length in inches ) / 138.4
  • Weight in Kg (Volumetric Weight in kilograms rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg)= (height x width x length in Cm) / 5000
We do not consolidate packages into one box. We ship the packages as they arrive from the merchant. All goods are shipped as individual boxes. We may, at your request, consolidate several packages into a single shipment, which will save costs.
The damaged packaging provides clear evidence for our claims handlers to assess each issue on a case-by-case basis, and it enables a quick resolution for our valued customers.

When you order your goods from a global retail website, the Merchant will normally take 2-3 days to deliver it to your DHL EasyShop Suite address. The time interval will depend on which of the Merchant's shipping methods you select. This is outside of our control. Once a package has arrived at any of your DHL EasyShop suite addresses it will take between 4 and 6 days before it will be delivered.

If we are unable to obtain a signature when we try to deliver we will make one more attempt for delivery at a later date. If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be held at Aridya DHL Express Service Center.

FAQs Related to Orders/Tracking

If you recently shipped a package with us, your tracking number can be found on your invoice you were provided with when you shipped. It would be located under item description. “Waybill: ## #### ####”.
We’re sorry to hear your package is being held. It’s likely that your package is being held because shipments must be custom cleared. Customs clearance processing times differ from country to country and cannot be influenced by the courier. For some countries, duties and taxes may be due. Customs may hold your shipment because they require more information. If you have your tracking/waybill number, we’d be happy to look into this for you.
We’d be happy to assist you with locating your tracking/waybill #. If you have your receipt/Invoice you can find your tracking number on your invoice you were provided with when you shipped. It would be located under item description. “Waybill: ## #### ####”
You should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after you have received the confirmation by us. The reason it takes time to see tracking events is because the first event is created once the shipment is handed to us, i.e. once the shipment has departed the store.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has been dispatched.

FAQs Related to Shipment Insurance

Shipment Insurance is an insurance option providing protection for your goods in transit from our hub to you. It provides the assurance and peace of mind that your purchases are protected of loss or damage. Shipment Insurance program does not cover any of the following:
  • Indirect loss or damage
  • Damage caused by delays
  • values in excess of US25,000 (or equivalent in other currency)
  • Damage to the package sent by the seller to our export facility
If your shipment arrives clearly damaged, please make a note on the receipt that our courier requires you to sign. Then open the package and carefully check your goods for signs of damage. This protection does not cover loss or damage that is caused by:
  • Your own wilful misconduct
  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Delay, however caused
  • Electrical fault or non operation of the goods in the absence of any visible damage
Your shipment is covered at 2% of the value of the goods. You must notify us in advance if you require insurance on shipments with a value over US25,000 or equivalent currency.
