We holds the highest standard for shipping and delivery practices. Shipments are carried to the receiver’s address given by the shipper but not essentially to the named receiver in person. Consignments to addresses with a main receiving area will be delivered to that area but not to post office or postal codes.
Shippingxpert may inform the recipient of an coming delivery or a missed delivery and also offer alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day, no signature required delivery, redirection or collection at a DHL|FedEx|UPS Service Point etc.
We will, to the best of our attempts, try to return the shipment to shipper by charging a fee. If the shipper neglects to pay it, the consignment may be announced, discarded of or sold and the proceedings of the sale will be utilized against custom duties, shipment charges and concerned organizational costs suffered by Shippingxpert and the balance will be repaid to shipper.
